The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help men, women, and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. Benefits and learning outcomes:

*Learning skills to revive our courageous creative side.
*Skills to develop gratitude practice.
*Understanding the Daring Way™ Methodology and the research from which it derives.
This workshop is not part of the certification process to become a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator or Candidate, and The Daring Way™ curriculum may only be used with clients by certified facilitators.
