CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.
Please advise substitutions in writing via email firstname.lastname@example.org, so a correct name will on certificates or name tags.
A substitute participant who meets the workshop requisites is welcome to attend in the place of the original registrant on completion of the registration form.
Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: 100% refund
Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 14 days, no refund
Cancellation must be in writing via email: email@example.com, date of receipt will confirm applicable refund.
We reserve the right to cancel and/or change this event if warranted by circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that it is cancelled by us, then a full refund of the workshop fee payment ONLY will be made, but all parties disclaim any further liability for any other costs including airfares, hotels, meals etc.
