I love teenagers. I know it is a weird thing to say 🙂 since they smell and roll their eyes when you talk to them but their honesty and great energy always gets me.

In time for the “Young Minds” conference I thought I pay a little tribute for Jim Stynes who founded The Reach Foundation www.reach.org.au and inspired many “smelly” teenagers (it is a loving in-house joke of ours, no offense, I love the stink)
